"...it’s with a heavy heart that I must announce that Zealous Swimwear will be closing....All current orders will be completed and dispatched accordingly while discontinued stock will remain on the website until June 30th. Any remaining stock thereafter will be donated to locals clubs."

Happy Tuesday! Yes, I finally have something happy to talk about... 

Orders Placed Feb 12th onwards your custom printed fabric has finally ARRIVED in!!!! Our Aussie production team are on it to get them all completed and out to you ASAP. How exciting!

Over the past week, following further updates from the Australian Government regarding shut down periods, we have decided to continue with the suspension of custom orders until further notice. As such we have updated our website and our return policy to reflect these changes. 

**Updated Return Policy**
Please note that from today, 15th of April 2020, refunds will no longer apply on returns for change of mind and wrong style or size selection. Store credit will be issued instead, up to the value of the suits, less the postage. {See full details here}

This policy change will only affect orders from today onwards, so if you are waiting on a return to be processed, it will be processed as per the previous return policy. 

Orders Placed Feb 12th onwards are still in transit to our production team here in Australia. Please be patient, as you know, there are limited imports at the moment due to restrictions on international travel.

I just wanted to do another quick update for you all. There hasn't been much change since my last post but nonetheless, I still wanted to touch base. 

Orders placed between January 10th - Feb 11th, for the most part, have been completed and dispatched. How exciting!!!! We are now only waiting on a few pieces to arrive in so we can pack the remaining orders. In the meantime, sit tight and wait for your dispatch notification via email. 

Orders Placed Feb 12th onwards are still in transit to our production team here in Australia. Please be patient, as you know, there are limited imports at the moment due to restrictions on international travel. 

As mentioned last time, because we have so much uncertainty moving forward with the restrictions, we have suspended future custom ordering at this time. This will also allow us to focus on our current orders more efficiently.

In the meantime, we do still have ready to wear discontinued product online. Our domestic post is running approx. 2-5 working days behind with the reduced planes. So if you do place an order with us, just expect a short delay in receiving it. And as normal, all parcels are trackable via Aus Post website.  

This is a very devasting world crisis and as a small business, we do not know what the future holds for us or our brand. What we do know is, we are committed to fulfilling our current orders and ensuring our customers are taken care of during this time.

*PERSONALISED & TEAM ORDERING CURRENTLY SUSPENDED*

Covid-19 is currently impacting imports to Australia as per my post on the 16th of March. With the increase in border shutdowns, we foresee that imports may cease temporarily in the near future. As we rely on imported supplies, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend future personalised and team wear orders until at least the end of April 2020; then we will reassess from there. 

It's important to note that ALL current orders in the system are or have been processed. So if you have already placed an order, it's well underway or almost complete. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you directly.

Current personalised orders, team wear and sale stock orders will remain our main focus at this stage of the pandemic. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

As you have heard the Coronavirus (Covid-19) is affecting the world and more ways than one. While some of us have serious health concerns, are missing out on work, can't visit loved ones, or have loved ones in quarantine; others have special events, performances or travel plans cancelled. We are all affected in some way or another, and it devastating. 

Over the weekend we've seen major sporting events cancelled, including the Australian National Championships, and we feel incredibly saddened for all the athletes, coaches and crew who have worked and trained so hard for these events, but will now miss out. While we understand the health reasons behind it, it doesn't make it any easier.

Covid-19 is also affecting imports and exports of goods too and from Australia as well as domestically. As passenger planes bring in our supplies, the reduced number of planes flying at this time has seen a short delay on our supplies arriving in; whether that be domestic or international. While our suits are made in Australia, many of our suppliers' import products such as fabric, thread and rubber from china. So, the disruption to supply deliveries will affect turn around times on made to order product. We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. 

Moving forward, there is a good possibility that Australia will follow other countries in doing a temporary shut down of non-essential services. As postal services are deemed "essential", orders should still be dispatched and delivered as normal. Our production team work individually or in small groups, so suits should continue to be dispatched as normal during this time where possible.

We will continue to update you as more information becomes available. 

In the meantime, we will continue to produce and deliver our swimsuits as best we can, so you can have a little bit of happiness during this horrible global pandemic.
